My Tips This Week
Tip 1: Kansas City Chiefs VS Indianapolis Colts –
Indianapolis Colts -3.5 & over 57 total points
I really like the Colts in this one, which seems like a fairly common thought. Which is strange considering Kansas steamrolled the regular season. BUT Mahomes is playing in his first playoff game and qbs in that setting don’t fair we’ll. plus Kansas D is simply atrocious. Mirror that with the fact that Indy have finished the year strong and their D have steadily improved to be one of the best left in the playoffs.
The only spanner in the works for Indy will be how well they operate the silent count in Kansas *Loud* stadium.
Points galore as Kansas score quickly but Indy come out on top.
Tip 2: Los Angeles Rams VS Dallas Cowboys –
CJ Anderson anytime TD scorer
Todd Gurley is now fully fit after missing the last few weeks of the season but in his absence CJ Anderson played out of his skin. I think , rightly so, that Gurley gets the lions share but I can see Anderson making his limited touches count. Plus for The Rams to win this one they need to score on the stingy Dallas D and control the ball – which means plenty of run and play action.
Tip 3: New England Patriots VS Los Angeles Chargers –
LA Chargers to win both halves
I really like the Chargers going into foxboro this weekend. They have played their very best football away from home this year and will go to face Brady and the Pats full of confidence. Rivers is playing his usual consistent football paired with Melvin Gordon who’s working back from a late season injury.
I know Brady and Belichick own the post season and will be tough to be beat especially at home but I can see the chargers owning this matchup all the way through.
Tip 4: New Orleans Saints VS Philadelphia Eagles –
Highest scoring game of the week - Eagles @ Saints
At this point who doesn’t believe in the magic of Big Dick Nick. He beat the best defense in football last week along with being the highest graded QB over the last 4 weeks of the season. He just wins when Philly needs him.
On the other side this a saints team that blew Philly out of the water putting 50+ on them earlier in the season. Sean Payton ran the score up and Brees looked like he could of scored at will.
It’s the battle of the Saints this week and there will be points a plenty. Who comes out on top? Obviously Saint Nick but this game is highest scoring of the week.
