Defensive tackle D.J. Reader has signed a deal worth $53 million over 4 years with the Cincinnati Bengals !
In a surprising move, D.J. Reader has gone to the Bengals for $13.25 million annually, likely influenced by Javon Hargraves deal with the Eagles. Reader is a little bigger and tougher in the running game while still being able to get after the passer from the interior. He joins Geno Atkins and Carlos Dunlap to create a formidable defensive line for Cincinnati that could make this defence a whole lot better in 2020. As for Reader, it was expected the Broncos would land him when they whiffed on Jarran Reed but no luck with either.
