Seattle Seahawks

Seahawks' Russell Wilson Best players NFC West
Tacoma News Tribune

Best offensive player: Russell Wilson, QB

Mahomes and Wilson can go back and forth during the season of who is the QB1 but they are both spectacular. Now in his 30s and still slipping away from monsters on the defensive line as his porous linemen let them straight through. He’s turned the entire Seahawks franchise around and I fully expect them to be in a position to compete for another Super Bowl this year because of Wilson.

Best defensive player: Bobby Wagner, MLB

The unquestioned leader of the Seahawks defence and the most complete linebacker in the NFL. Wagner fills up the stat sheet and puts his team in the best position to win. While the talent around Wagner has slowly deteriorated over the last few years, he has remained the one consistent force patrolling the middle and making offensive players pay to come through his zones.

Los Angeles Rams

Cooper Kupp Best players NFC West

Best offensive player: Cooper Kupp, WR

Woods might be the most underrated receiver in the league but it is Kupp who will become one of the best players in the NFC West and the entire league in 2020. He somehow looks cleaner and more explosive after he came back from injury. Goff might not be a perfect QB which is why Kupp is the driving force of this offense. With Gurley and Cooks out of the picture, we should see a few more targets going towards Kupp’s direction.

Best defensive player: Aaron Donald, DT

Possibly the best player in the league, Aaron Donald is primed to make a run at DPOY once again and wreak havoc on offensive lines across the NFL. Pinned as undersize coming out of college, this has allowed him to create great leverage against bigger and slower offensive linemen and circle rings around them on route to the quarterback. He is a special player.

San Francisco 49ers

Niners DE Nick Bosa Best players NFC West
Niners Wire

Best offensive player: George Kittle, TE

Kittle is the best tight end in the NFL with great blocking and the receiving ability to match that of any receiver. The offense revolves around Kittle and he is rewriting the position that Gronk created. He’s about to reset the market (rightly so) and if he continues at the rate he is on then he might go down as the greatest tight end in NFL history.

Best defensive player: Nick Bosa, RDE

There are a number of players you could choose from on this star-studded defence. Richard Sherman would make sense but I think we see a deterioration in his play due to age sooner rather than later. Nick Bosa is on the rise and he’s chasing his brother to see who will be the best Bosa. He will become the leader of that disgustingly overpowered defensive line and push for the league-lead in sacks.

Arizona Cardinals

Cardinals' Chandler Jones Best players NFC West
Your Valley

Best offensive player: DeAndre Hopkins, WR

Only recently traded and already the best player on the Cardinals offense. We’ll have to wait and see what the transition to a new system might look like for Hopkins but I can’t see it being too much difficulty for him to put up some big numbers given the QBs he’s had in his past.

Best defensive player: Chandler Jones, SLB

People started saying that Chandler Jones was underrated and the noise grew louder to the point he might be overrated but that’s how it goes in the NFL. Nevertheless, Jones is a standout edge rusher from the SAM linebacker position and had 19 sacks a season ago. He has a relentless motor and like his brother, Jon Jones, is ultra-athletic.
